Sending this email automatically submits a service request ticket and you will get an email response from our ticketing system in return. Please try to be thorough in describing your need or problem as the more information you provide us, the better we will be able to serve you.

ARC, a division of ITS, collaborates closely with local units to provide support. Someone from ARC or your unit will respond to your question, and you will see that as a message in your email inbox. Support is available during weekday business hours.

Virtual Office Hours

Virtual office hours, called CoderSpaces, are available several times throughout the week. Get help with machine learning, algorithms, modeling, coding, computing on a cluster, survey sampling, using records across multiple surveys, and more. Anyone doing any type of research at any skill level is welcome!
