Applications being accepted for Michigan Institute for Computational Discovery & Engineering Fellows — April 15 deadline
April 15, 2014 @ 12:00 am
Applications are now being accepted for Michigan Institute for Computational Discovery and Engineering (MICDE) Fellowships for the 2014-2015 academic year. Applicants should be graduate students enrolled in the CDE certificate program, and pursuing MS or PhD research with computational focus. Students not yet enrolled in the CDE certificate program but planning on doing so may simultaneously submit program and fellowship applications. We anticipate there will be about 8 Fellows chosen by the MICDE Steering Committee. Fellows will receive a $4,000 research fund that can be used to attend a conference, buy a computer, or any other advisor approved activity that enhances the Fellow’s graduate experience. We also ask that Fellows present a poster at the MICDE Annual Symposium in April 2015. Interested students should download and complete the application form, have it signed by their advisor, and submit it to email@example.com. The due date for applications isApril 15, 2014.
